    Responsibilities
    Overall owner of publisher and advertiser relationships and Revenue driver for the business
    Consulting clients and partners on the best way to achieve their goals, with benchmarked client servicing standards
    Developing new categories of online advertisers and publishers
    Oversee special projects (future revenue models, strategic alliances, international partnerships, pricing differentiation) that directly impact the revenue of the business
    Lead a team of Account Managers handling various key relationships nationally
    Market Feedback to the Product Development team so that the specs of all new products, enhancements are as per what customers want.
    Should be responsible for key accounts

    Required Skills

    Should have spent 4 - 8 years in sales/marketing in the online media or offline media industry with proven track records in business development
    Has to have an experience of leading a team towards high sales goals and Can build a nationwide setup of sales & operations professionals
    Exceptional organizational, presentation, verbal and written communication skills (Must be able to quickly learn and explain key technologies)
    Candidate should work well in an entrepreneurial environment and thrive in taking initiative
    Preferred candidate will be from Online or offline media who has existing relationships and good understanding of online advertising strategies, technologies and techniques and ability to set clear priorities
