Responsibilities :

* Oversee product development and product roadmaps
* Ensure compatibility and qualification testing of new products
* Initiate and bring to market new products and new innovations for existing products
* Forecast for market penetration
* Research and analyze competitors, pricing.
* Manage the development of sales objectives, strategies, and promotions.
* Analyze customers requirements
* Prepare presentations
* Present/Promote products at various tradeshows
* Manage multiple product lines
* Create proposals, maintain reports
* 25% Engineering Meetings
* 25% Marketing Meetings
* 25% Sales/Customer Meetings
* 25% TechSupport Meetings.

Minimum Requirements :

* BS CS/EE and Business degree or equivalent (MS Degree preferred)
* 5+ years experience as Manager in projects involving Communication/Storage Systems.
* Should have software development experience in C, C++, Linux/Windows Driver/Kernel Development,
* Embedded Systems Development.
* Should posses knowledge of Linux System Administration.
* 5+ Years experience in Software Development
* Solid knowledge of TCP/IP Networks, Wifi 802.11a/b/g/n, WiMAX, Embedded Systems.
* Detail-oriented
* Willing to Travel
* Good supervisory and organization skills
* Highly motivated with a proven track record and a strong desire to win
* Willingness to be a team player and work in a results-driven environment

Description The objective of the project is to reduce all over cost of Transport and Machining by which they can do their own inplant procees by Using a Specially Designed Tool for machining, which reduced nearly 20 to 30% of cost to manufacture the Product known as “Inner Casing” which is used in All Sugar Industries.
