Responsibilities :

* You will be responsible for both exceeding your own monthly sales quota and mentoring a team to exceed the team’s sales quota by selling Our technology products and services.
* 50% selling / 50% mentoring, supervising and managing the sales team
* Prospecting and selling new targeted clients in your territory through lead lists, direct marketing leads, and inbound leads
* Recruit, hire, and train new sales executives
* •Work with marketing to implement programs to drive leads for inside sales team

Minimum Requirements :

* Minimum Bachelors Degree.
* 5+ Years experience in Sales with experience in handling leadership roles.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* A proven record of developing relationships and closing new business
* Experience growing and mentoring sales teams
* Self-motivated, team player, willingness to adapt to changing products and technology
* Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
* Experience with Banking, MicroFinance, Government sectors
