    Manager - Sales

    Lime Labs LLC, a New York City-based software development & technology company with its Subsidiary office in India, is looking for Manager –Sales, who is self-motivated, enjoys start-up environments, and can take ownership of tasks.

    Job Location: - Noida

    Responsibilities:

    [LIST][*]Responsible for achieving significant revenue growth from 24*7 Sales channels for Internet Products.[*]Responsible for managing Sales Budget including Payroll, Operational Expenses & any capital expenses.[*]Managing Sales team & productivity by building and running efficient inbound and outbound sales channels. Channels ranging from Tele, Chat to Ticketing systems.[*]Building & implementing tools & processes to track measure, analyze and report customer satisfaction from Sales channels.[*]Building & implementing tools & processes to track measure, analyze and report the sales team performance.[*]Mapping global customer’s feedback & requirements to collaborate with product management in developing and implementing processes in line with business objectives.[*]Auditing the overall functioning of processes, identifying improvement areas and implementing adequate measures to maximize customer satisfaction level.[*]To ensure Product and Policy Training for the sales team across all product variants at regular frequency. Sales Training on Sales effectiveness, rapport building, telephone etiquettes etc.[*]Preparing MIS reports & other statements with a view to apprise management of the process operations and assist in critical decision-making process.[*]Assessing the customer feedback, evaluating areas of improvements & providing critical feedback to the sales executives on improvements and achieving higher sales metrices.[*]Actively involvement in creating awareness for driving the projects and process improvement strategy & methodology, ensuring maximum operational efficiency.[*]Implementing Sales policies & CRM initiatives. To meet and review performance levels with each level’s ensuring objectives are set and agreed.[/LIST]
    Requirements:
    [LIST][*]6+ yrs of experience with Minimum 2 yrs of experience as a Manager Sales in Web / Tele sales industry.[*]Experience in managing 10-25+ people Inhouse sales team.[*]Demonstrated initiative and accomplishments in owning and running Online / Tele sales channels for a U.S. process[*]Should have experience in a 24*7 Sales Process (Voice & Data)[*]Outstanding analytical, presentation and communication skills[*]MBA or other Masters degree from a Premier Business School.[*]Self Motivated & Go-getter attitude, Team Player, Positive Outlook, Out of the Box & Strategic Thinker, Industry-wide contacts.[*]Experience in Creating & Implementing Tools & Processes for a 24*7 sales operations.[/LIST]
