Job Profile :
Will be managing the project(s) and team.
Responsible for executing the projects as per the SDLC Will be responsible for the project performance, quality and schedules
Will be responsible for end to end delivery of the project.

Desired Profile :
BE/B.Tech./MCA/MCS/MSc or Any graduate with 7-8 yrs of IT experience including 4-5 years in J2EE.
Should have hands-on experience in Core Java/J2EE skills like JSP, Servlets, JDBC, EJB, JMS, XML, Web services
Should have experience or Knowledge on JSF, AJAX, rules engine preferable
N-Tier Architecture, Design patterns/J2EE Patterns, Object Oriented Analysis and Design, UML, Modeling tools like Rational Rose/ArgoUML.
Should have exposure to popular databases like Oracle, MySql, SQL Server, DB2
Demonstrated hands on ability in architecture, design and development of scalable, complex Java / J2EE software applications
Manage the development lifecycle of project using project management methodology and project management tools where appropriate.
Regular tracking and reporting of project progress (actual and reforecast) against project plans
Adoptability and managing the changing needs of client and technology teams
Excellent understanding of entire development process, including specification, documentation and quality assurance.
Should have hands-on experience in open source frameworks like Struts, Hibernate, Spring, Seam
Should have experience in Client facing and negotiation skills
Should have experience of handling a team of 10 members.

School Information Management System is basically a Windows Application. It acts as an intermediate between management and parents. It provided them the way to control all the information regarding the school. It helped the management, students, parents and teacher. It used vb.Net as the technology and SQL Server 2005 as the database.
My Role : I developed the project as a part of a team, under the guidance of my mentor. I designed the various interfaces of the project.
