    Flash Programmer :

    5 Years of experience in Flash Programming with hands-on experience in Flex Programming(Minimum of 6 Months Experience).

    Job Responsibilities Include :

    * Supervising the usability and navigability of all applications and streamlining the front fabric of all web products.
    * Allocating resources among team members & guiding team members during the project, till final delivery.
    * Interacting with the project managers and the team for client requirements and change requirements.
    * Adapt with the usage of Flash programming (Action Script) for developing WBT, Application, CBT, and companion website.
    * Holding review meetings to monitor progress of the project as per schedule, and ensuring timely completion and delivery of the project to the client.
    * Strong communication, collaboration & team building skills with proficiency at grasping new technical concepts quickly and utilize the same in a productive manner.
