Project Manager:

Lime Labs India Pvt. Ltd (Noida) seeks an exceptional Project Manager .In this position, you will work closely with teammates on high-traffic, customer-facing applications. This is a senior position, reporting to a Program Manager in India.

Responsibilities:

[LIST][*]Owns and drives scrum implementation on teams[*]Giving thought leadership in defining, implementing & improving planning, estimation, development, release & support processes[*]Drive and improve quality of deliverables & productivity of team[*]Set-up strong communication channels to facilitate transparent communication between business and engineering[*]Assess and identify risks, dependencies and its quantified impact on plan[*]People & Conflict management of entire Product development team comprising of Engineering & QA[*]Manages Career Path for Engineering team[/LIST]
Required experience and skills::
[LIST][*]10+ years of experience with Product development or Service Industry with 2-3 years in PM to equivalent role[*]B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science from IIT/REC, MS from US university would be a plus[*]Agile/Scrum implementation experience is a must[*]Strong leader who can drive multiple teams and should have strong facilitation skills[*]Technology understanding of web, internet applications is required. Industry awareness is expected.[*]Ability to execute efficiently in a high pressure environment without sacrificing quality[*]Excellent analysis skills, communication and interpersonal skills[*]Detail-oriented individual with the ability to rapidly learn[*]Self motivated, punctual and a natural leader that flourishes in growing organization environments[*]Versatility/Flexibility in accepting and using new process and techniques, polices etc, adapts to changing environment, actively acknowledges and present new ideas to teammates[*]Experience in handling distributed teams and working with remote stake holders.[/LIST]
