LOCATION : Research & Development is based at Technology Park, Chandigarh.
POSITION SUMMARY :
Winshuttle’s engineering team is looking for talented, ambitious, self-directed technologists to architect, design, develop and test for our next

You will be expected to be a part of production of high quality, customer-focused software modules while continuously seeking to strike the right balance between extreme software development methodologies and the time and customer-driven pressures of a fast growing innovative company.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
It includes building, releasing, automating and configuring changes into DEV, QA and Production environments
Develop automated, continuous, build processes that review source code, identify build errors and notifies appropriate parties to expedite/facilitate synchronization to the latest positive build
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES :
Creating and maintain installers using InstallShield
Improve reliability and usability of existing installers
Provide ongoing build support for automated builds
Work closely with developers to provide quick resolutions to build issues
Manage source code repositories
Participate in configuration and release management activities in support of the software development lifecycle process and production releases
Improve productivity by designing & developing full-featured build systems; implementing tools and scripts that enable efficient, flexible builds
Coordinate system builds activities to ensure each system is documented, including all hardware components, OS versions, and application software versions
Customize source code and bug tracking tools to meet release process requirements and/or identify new tools/technologies that will make the release process more efficient, reliable, and cost-effective
ESSENTIAL TECHNICAL SKILLS :
2-3 years of recent, professional experience as a software developer or release/install engineer in a software engineering organization•
Windows Installer (MSI) experience required
Installation Authoring Tools - especially InstallShield
Excellent scripting skills are a MUST
Knowledge of build processes and development lifecycle
Familiarity with current software development automated tools, including configuration management support tools and software quality assurance tools.
Ability to gather accurate, detailed user requirements and analyze, design, develop, and implement solutions
Experience with Visual Studio 2003, 2005 & 2008
Knowledge of Test driven development
Knowledge of Source code management
Direct experience with developing, implementing and maintaining configuration management tools (CVS, Subversion etc.), includes automation of build/test/packaging with automated coupling of phases
Having knowledge of Cruise control framework for a continuous build process is a plus

Easy Play automated Medical transcriptionist’s unproductive work sequences. Easy Play is medical transcription software with multi level user type support (e.g. Transcriber, Editor, etc). Easy Play has to play different type of voice files uploaded by the client. Microsoft word is automated to give users better work experience. Different templates are set for different type of work types and those have to be downloaded on user's request.
It automated the access to the medical record table. Finally allows user to upload transcribed documents to server automatically. Easy Play also allows user to compare documents reviewed by different levels of users.

The Partner Rotation System (PRS) was developed to facilitate the monitoring of partner succession, rotation, and independence requirements mandate for U.S. public company audit engagement by Sarbanes-Oxley and the SEC. PRS provides authorized users the ability to effectively manage partner assignments upon client acceptance (performed in the KRISK) as well as rotation and continuance schedules to ensure compliance with regulators. The system records the Lead Audit Engagement Partner, SEC Reviewing Partner, and Account Executive Partner client assignments and rotations for the U.S. firms.
PRS Phase was completed in 2003 as a Pilot and Phase II was completed in December 2004. Phase III (PRS3.0) was deployed to the US Audit Partners on November 27, 2006. PRS3.1 was deployed on March 30, 2007 to a production environment.
