INDUSRIAL AND SITE VISITS
An Industrial visit in RASHTRIYA CHEMICALS AND FERTILIZERS LTD. for two days from 30/09 to 1/10/2009.
RCF is a Goverament owned body and is one of the leading producer of fertilizers in india.
Here we studied architecture and various stages involed in setting up a chemical plant like bagging plant and rapid wall plant . we were also introduced to various components like control valvs ,Heat exchanger pumps ,controllers ,transmitters etc. The visit made us familier with the software involed in the process that provided a graphical display of the working condition of the plant. The industrial visit gave a explanation of the use of PLC ,DCS AND SCADA in automation systems.

WORK EXPERIENCE :
WORKING AS A PROJECT ENGINEER IN “EQUICHEM” (MALAD) (INSTRUMENTATION BASED WORK WITH PLC PROGRAMING) FOR 6 MONTHS.
