Description :
This project provides the relation between an organization which manufactures electronic product like UPS (Uninterrupted Power Supply Machines) and its customers. Every product (UPS) manufactured is assigned a unique serial number, in order to identify and track the product until its end-of-life (EoL). Whenever a product is sold to a customer the products Serial Number is mentioned in the Delivery Note and Commercial Bill. The same is used to identify and track the product's performance and improve the quality.
The project will mainly focus on registering the complaints from the Customers, Defects and Replacements, Servicing the product and tracking products service history until its end-of-life (EoL) and generating necessary reports.
