* Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
* Ability to design the project
* Ability to conduct reviews
* Ability to grasp domain required for the project
* Conceptual knowledge of project estimation methodology
* Should be able to work with tight deadlines.

Current nature of work:
- Customer component proving on CNC machines (Both in plant and at customer place also) which includes Drawing study, Process planning, tool selection, cycle time study, CNC programming and doing practical tests.
- Training the operators at the customer sites regarding operation and programming of the CNC Machines (SIEMENS and FANUC). Giving instructions regarding machine maintenance and safety precautions.
- Final inspection and testing of the CNC machines which includes axes alignment checks and checks for proper functioning of the machine. Test for repeatability and positioning accuracy of axes. Performing load test to ensure rigidity of machine. Checking machine accuracy (roundness, cylindricity, flatness etc) by performing our standard practical tests.

- Balancing of rotating parts like spindle pulleys, chucks and cylinders and fixtures which are used to hold eccentric and irregular shaped components in the CNC turning centres, which tends to create vibrations in the machines.
