Job Description :
- Proper deployment of all resources to achieve the production target of the respective
shifts
- Ensure that all the plant operational activities, start-ups and shutdowns are carried
out safely as per the SOPs
- Monitoring of plant operational parameters and take-up quick corrective measures in
case of deviations
- Ensures preparation of equipment for hand-over to maintenance as per the maintenance plan with proper safety permit. Supervision of maintenance activities carried out during the shift
- Take charge of plant emergency situations and give instructions/guidelines to operators/ supervisor to overcome the plant emergency situations
- Data Work : to keep up to data for improving productivity like Yield of batches, helping to prepare Monthly Statement.
- Safety Training : participate in various safety related programme, Mock Drill and safety awareness programme.
