Desired Candidate Profile
• Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in coding HTML/XHTML/CSS and Javascript
• Minimum of 3 years professional experience working with commercial e-commerce websites
• Demonstrate proficiency in graphics production and optimization for the Web using Adobe Creative Suite Design Premium, specifically Photoshop and Dreamweaver Applications
• Experience working with Volusion and NetSuite Programs is strongly preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self-starter, ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
• Strong organizational skills with extreme attention to detail, sound problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills
• Strong follow-through; ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects

Job Description
• Oversee the daily maintenance of the current website, to include adding products, updating press and events page, and maintaining established aesthetic for the brand
• Audit the current web and e-commerce site and present creative ideas and technical solutions to improve the site
• Capable of developing clean and structured HTML/XHTML/CSS and Javascript codes for front-end web development projects with an eye for compliant, cross-browser and standards-based markup
• Research, introduce, and manage SEO
• Develop and maintain a strong online presence for the brand through social networking, to include but not limited to, Facebook and Twitter
• Capable to prioritize daily workflow and demands on quality, time and resources
