    - Should be abble to handle IR & HR activities and possess good knowledge of labour laws
    - Good communication and interpersonal skill; knowledge of Computer is a must.

    Job Description
    1. Handle all Statutory compliances.
    2. Lookafter Joining formalities including documentation, induction and maintaining personal file
    3. Liaison with Govt Authorities like ESIC, PF Factory & Labour, Police, Pollution etc.
    4. Salary and wage administration
