Work Experience :
At present working in PRADAN as BDO for SAMUHA. The main work is to develop strategy for marketing mushroom and related products. This includes engaging in market research activity; organization distribution networks; servicing the existing distributors; follow up the order received for the Satpuda mushroom utpadak shakarita maryadit(SAMUHA). In addition to this I am also taking care for the production side of the mushroom which includes field work, and trying the increase the number of producers involved in this work. In addition to that I am also looking for the quality aspects of the pickles made in the pickle department (lakshmi mahila khadya prasanskaran samuha) and marketing of the pickles in the local areas of hoshsngabad. I have done a project on the analysis of brokerage firm and also tried to find out the factors responsible for the customer satisfaction for the products provided by these firms.
Eradicating poverty through microfinance :
How microfinance can help in eradication of poverty in rural areas. Different cases in different countries are analyzed to understand the model used by different organizations to eradicate poverty.
