Job description :
The selected candidates will work in the "Application Help Desk" and support Bonfiglioli Group world-wide users to use SAP transactions at their best. He/she will learn R/3 transactions in Bonfiglioli Group and handle: customizing, data migration, unit test, transport request; Infopak documentation; anomalies analysis, solution, escalation, OSS notes application.
Knowledge :
In-depth knowledge of SAP best practices, transactions, data bases, customizing, data migration tool (LSMW), queries. Basic knowledge of Abap, NetWeaver, XI, Java.
Skills and attitude :
Problem-solving and teamworking attitude. Good analytical and communication skills (fluent in English). Willing to travel (also abroad).
Background :
At least 3 years experience in manufacturing and/or service firms, with exposure in application help desk service at international level.
Optional plus points:
IT or Engineering degrees. Knowledge of Italian or other European languages.
