PROFILE SUMMARY :
We are looking for smart telecallers /telemarketers, who has passion for Sales and Marketing (It is not a field job).This is purely a day shift job
Generating new prospects through telecalling, following up on day to day basis incoming out going enquiries
Also handling customer pre-sales
Making outbound calls & educating the Clients about our products and the offers.
We are looking for 7 TMEs who will be based out of Kolkata & will look after various locations like Singapore, Dubai, India, Malaysia.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Attending customer calls, sorting of grievances, checking pending door deliveries, coordinating with branches, checking of consignments status, maintaining complaint reports, preparation of reports related to movement of consignments
Introducing product to the client and ensuring sales conversion for the overall profitability of the organisation
Ensuring the timely dispatch of Marketing collaterals

DESIRED CANDIDATE :
Only Female graduate, freshers or experienced with 6 months to 2 years of experience in telecalling may apply for the position. BTECH,BE,MBA,MCA candidates need not apply
Candidate with good Spoken & Written English communication skills with Neutral Accent may only apply.
Should Have good comfort in usage of MS Windows, MS Office and e mail
Should be good at client communication & capable of working independently smoothly.
Prior experience with international BPO/ KPO/Bank/ Telecom will be preferred.
Responsible for generating Appointments from the assigned customers over the PHONE.

COMPENSATION : Rupees 9 k to 13 k + Attractive incentive on performance
