Incumbent should be BE/ diploma in Mechanical or electrical engineering with 5 to 6 year experience.

Should have 3 to 4 year experience in retail industry.

He should be well aware of all the MEP services coming inside the store.

Monitoring day to day activities at site.

Preparation of Budget.

Coordination with civil & MEP vendors.

Preparing daily & weekly progress report.

Preparation of construction schedule.

Knowledge of Auto cad.

Industry : Retail compulsory

CTC : 2.5 – 3.00lacs with minimum 2 – 3 years experience.
