- Shut down & Breakdown jobs preparation & planning.
- Modification/Up gradation activities as per requirement.
- Hands on work on S5-135U, S7-300 and GE FANUC PLC, little bit work on TDC3000 DCS in HOT STRIP MILL.
- Install a new temperature scanner make EUROTHERM for Controlling, monitoring and safety of HT motors.
- Install a DPT (Differential Pressure Transmitter) as Level Transmitter for all lube and morgoil systems.

- Power and control cable and termination schedule preparing and checking.
- Work on 4EOT cranes erection & commissioning with PLC (s7-300) & drive (yaskawa G7).Erection of all panels, control and power wiring, control testing and drive Parameterization in cranes.

Designed, Installed and Commissioned KingFisher (CP-30) RTUs for Monitoring and controlling the desired (Digital and Analog) Inputs and Outputs of the plant at Electronics Corporation of India Limited. Designed the logic in BASIC and Ladder using ToolBox Plus Software and also upgraded the EC SCADA to monitor the system.
- Pulsed Power Supply (PPS)
Period : October 2009 to March 2010
Designed PLC System for Controlling Temperature, Pressure parameters for Pulsed Power Supply using Telemachanique (Modicon M340) at Electronics Corporation of India Limited. Designed the logic in Ladder diagram to control the LASER Control Unit (LCU) through which the parameters were monitored and controlled.
- Switching Mode Power Supply (SMPS)
Period : April 2009 to October 2009
Designed the modules and had drawn the necessary circuits for SMPS to generate a Pulsed Voltage of power 450V DC/20A using IGBTs (Insulated Gated Bipolar Transistors).Tested the modules and assembled them to generate the necessary power. SMPS designed has a controlled loop to control the voltage and current and also has a surge protection circuit to protect the circuit from surge currents.Temperature of the SMPS is controlled by allowing water flow to cool the Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistors.
