Position: Software Quality Assurance Engineer/Tester

Job Code: 61

Scope of Work: Will be responsible in developing software QA plans for projects, which will include: defining test plan, test design, and test scripts; execute test scripts and record test results; and do test maintenance. Define and implement software development standards and practices. Review and audit compliance of these standards by the project team.

Primary Skills: Must have extensive working knowledge in doing software quality assurance on the entire systems development lifecycle process. Must have extensive working knowledge on the different testing methodologies like integration testing, stress testing, regression testing, etc. Must be knowledgeable in using testing tools such as Win Runner, Load Runner, eTest Suite, Silk Performer, etc. Familiar with Active Server Pages (ASP) on .Net environment, SQL Server using triggers and stored procedures, and connecting to SQL Server database using ADO, COM Objects, JavaScript/VBScript, HTML/DHTML/XML preferred. Must be familiar with CMM policies and procedures.
