Job Profile :
Working as Engineer – Moulding, Leading a Team of 120 Operators and 4 Trainee.

Manufacturing Operations

- Overall Coordinator for Moulding Operations which includes Planning, Production, Quality Inspection, Costing of Resources and Delivery within allocated timeframe.
- Making overall plan for individual machine keeping in view secondary operations and output required.
- Interaction with the customers like Toyota, Maruti, Ford and general Motors related to issues like Production Schedules, Quality Issues, Customer Complaints and implementing Corrective and Preventive actions by and Why-Why Analysis.
- Preparation of Daily Production Report and Maintaining MIS.
- Monitoring the Production cost within allocated budgetary norms, which includes Costing of Consumables, Scrap, Rework and Wastages.
- Responsible for training the operators on various aspects such as Increasing Productivity under Quality norms, Knowledge enhancement & skill building, Waste Elimination and Line Improvement activities.
- Responsible to maintain a regular flow of Materials, Capacity Planning, Physical stock at Shop Floor (WIP) and monitoring of Inventory.
- Failure mode analysis and trouble shooting.
- Production planning and control.
- Complete the various ISO documents & Shift data entry in MFG PRO.
- Reducing cycle time to achieve more Prod. With Quality.
- Maintain the various documents of shop floor.
- Customer complaint analysis, product failure analysis.
- Breakdown Analysis of Machines.
