Experience :
* At least 9-12years of IT Experience.
* Proven track record of at least 2-3 years as Project manager.
* Should have handled a team of 10-15
* Leadership skills and innovativeness.
* Good knowledge of CMMi process and SDLC.
* Project management (.net and if he has experience in BizTalk, SPS, CS CMS it would be added advantage)
* Good communication and client facing skills.
* PMP certification is added advantage.
* Should be technically sound.

Role :
* Estimations for new assignments, enhancements and ensuring On-time deliveries adhering to set quality standards
* To construct plan for each project that defines the required stages, activities and tasks and how these will be scheduled to meet the time scales.
* Project specific training needs to be identified and planned (if any). Timely communication to the Training Coordinator for the same.
* To see that all project plans will define key milestones to ensure that the project remains in control.
* Prioritizing Activities and to identify that the critical tasks.
* Correct resources and workload requirements are scheduled.
* Allocation of Sufficient resources to the project.
* To check Day-to-day running of the project is proceeding according to plan.
* Continuous review of the project and revision of the plan as required meeting the overall objectives.
* Project documentation is updated and maintaining as required to meet the agreed upon schedule.
* Activities to be carried out in accordance with the processes prevalent or establishing in the Quality System.
* Timely and on regular basis, during the execution of the project, a copy of all versions / instances of the following are sent to PD
o Project status Reports (internal as well as those sent to customer)
o Review records of documents which specify high-level project requirements, design and acceptance criteria
o Internal effort and cost re-estimation records

Skills :
* .Net Framework, SQL Server 2005
* WPF, WCF and WF are good to have

Qualifications :
* Should be BSC Computer Science with any SW Diploma or
* MSc. Computer Science, BE, B Tech
* Working Experience with CMM level companies.
