Job Description : Sales Manager
1. Interacting and building relationships with School Principals, Management and Teachers to create and service the demand for UC offerings.
2. Building a team of Regional Co-ordinators who will be the front line of the sales effort.
3. Inspiring, leading and coordinating the team to evolve into partners working towards a common goal of school improvement with the school management.
4. Take NSTSE into the next stage of product growth through penetration in schools of small cities and towns.
5. Coordinate with Heads of different products and services to ensure Maximum geographical reach and coverage.
Desired Profile :
6. Field level sales experience of at least 5 years with proven record.
7. Strong target orientation with a history of overachievement of targets.
8. A quick learner with a deep personal motivation towards self-improvement.
9. "Willing to work the field" and travel extensively
10. A "team person" inspiring and living the dream.
11. Extensive experience of travel and knowledge of the region would be a distinct advantage
12. Self-starter with the ability to motivate and develop an effective team of advisors.
13. Entrepreneurial streak, with a strong desire to do something "different", and a liking for education.
Minimum Experience : 4 years
Maximum Experience : 10 years
Remuneration : Rs 12,000 p.m., plus incentives (can earn many times over)

1.1 Sales Manger : Central India
Location : Bhopal/Indore/Allahabad or any other city of central India
1.2 Sales Manger : South India
Location : Kerala/ Coimbatore to cover Kerala and Southern Tamil Nadu
1.3 Sales Manger : Delhi
Location : Delhi/NCR to cover NCR, Haryana & Punjab
1.4 Sales Manger :- Central India
Location : Bhopal/ Indore/ Allahabad/ or any other city in Central India
1.5 Sales Manger : Kerala
Location : Kerala/ Coimbatore to cover Kerala and Southern Tamil Nadu
1.6 Sales Manger : Uttar Pradesh, Bihar and Chattisgarh
Location : Any major town of Uttar Pradesh, Bihar or Chattisgarh
