Job Responsibilities included :
Salary Administration & payroll :
- Responsible for Payroll processing of salary more than 450 employees in excel Pan India.
- Completing the bank formalities for monthly salary credit to individual account.
- Maintaining HR Data Base.
- Maintaining Employee Personal Files along with the copy of Personal Certificates. Recording changes of employee status as necessary (e.g. change of address, departmental transfers, terminations, etc.) and forwarding them to the Accounts Department for payroll update.
- Maintaining Attendance Records, Maintaining Late-Coming Records & deduction of leave as per the late coming, calculating the Leaves.
- Maintaining & updating Loan, advances, Arrears on day to day basis & submitting the report on weekly basis.
- Preparing Full & Final settlement of all Resigned Employees.
- Preparing PF & ESIC challans & payment before due date.
- Responsible for generating the Form 16 for all the employees.
- Maintaining various kinds of Reports.

Recruitment & Induction :
