    Human Resource (HR) Manager :

    Job Description :
    Responsible for all activities of Human Resource Management like HR Administration, Recruitment, Wage & Salary Administration, Compliance with Industrial & Labour Laws - Central and State, Performance Appraisal, Grievance Handling, Buyer's compliance.
    Candidates from garment industry experience in training will be preferred. Candidates experienced in giving training to start up companies will be preferable, but not compulsory. Developing / implementing new recruitment /selection policies as per staffing requirements. Keeping track records of promotions, transfers, and terminations .Administering performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance and equity within organization. 4-5 year experience in Garment Industry.

    Human Resource (HR) Executives :

    Job Description :
    To involve in recruitment & training. To keep track of Time Office activities, salary preparation, complying with PF, ESI & other labor stipulations. To prepare monthly MIS on HR front aspects & maintain relevant records/files on buyer compliance. Overall co-ordination of manpower planning, recruitment, induction & ensuring cultural fit. Administering salaries of employees for every month. Administering vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, and employee assistance. Manpower budgeting, sourcing for both Training and the HR vertical. 'Improve upon the recruitment process for higher efficiency and effectiveness. .Working towards revenue generation and profit accountability by making HR vertical actively participate in it. Employee Relations and Retention. Management to improve motivation, increase retention and efficiency of employees. 'Implementation of employee friendly HR Policies including Induction, People Engagement Practices, Attrition Management, Employee MIS Generation, 3-4 year experience in Garment Industry.

    Marketing Manager :

    Job Description :
    Excellent Communication skills. Maintain and develop key export customers relationships. Good Presentation, Negotiation and communication skill. Must have worked for Ready made Garments. Must know computers.

    Desired Candidate Profile :
    Identify new markets, market segments for Company's new products to generate growth in business. Excellent communication & leadership skills. 3-5 year experience in Garment Industry.
