RECRUITMENT OF PERSONNEL UNDER NRHM (On Contract basis) by IDHS (NW)

Integrated District Health Society, North West District, a registered society under the Societies Registration Act, 1860,
 intends to recruit the following categories of staff for various programs, under National Rural Health Mission (NRHM). The
posts are solely under the Integrated District Health Society, North West District . The place of duty shall be anywhere
 in the health facilities in North West District. The remuneration offered is consolidated and fixed, without any allowances
 (unless specified).
 A candidate may also apply for more than one post, if eligible, but on separate application form. Candidates shall be
 required to submit the prescribed application form duly filled up, along with two passport size photographs, copies of
 certificates of qualifications, experience and Reserved Category (if applicable) duly attested by self as well as by a gazetted
 officer and two self addressed envelopes (10x4˝ size) with postage stamps of value of Rs. 5/- each. All original documents
 must be brought for verification at the time of submission of application form.

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR RECRUITMENT BY
IDHS NORTH-WEST
1. The list of eligible candidates short listed for the interview will be displayed on 02/08/2010 along with
 the venue, date, time and schedule of the interview on the Notice Boards at the above address.
 2. Crucial date for determining age shall be the last date of receipt of applications.
 3. Reservations, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be provided for Scheduled
 Castes and Scheduled Tribes & OBCs in accordance with the orders issued by the Central
 Government, will be complied with.
 4. Candidates short listed for the posts of Lab. Technician, MIS Assistant, Establishment Clerk, Accounts
 Assistant, Administrative Assistant, & Computer Data Entry Operators (CDEO) will also be required to
 undergo a skill test.
 5. No TA/DA will be paid to the candidates for attending the Interview / Skill Test.
 6. The number of vacancies is not final & may vary as per the requirement.
 7. Chairman, IDHS-NW, reserves the right to cancel the interview process for any or all the posts without
 assigning any reason before or during the process.
 8. Appointment to the posts is purely on Contractual basis for a period of Eleven months initially,
 likely to be extended, depending upon the need of the post, and work & conduct of the candidate.
 9. The services of Medical Officers (RCH) and ANMs (RCH), shall be hired purely on contractual basis till
31-03-2011 only.
 10. Chairperson, IDHS North-West District, can terminate the services of any candidate at any time without
 assigning any reason and decision of Chairperson, IDHS North-West shall be final.
 11. The contract agreement can be terminated by either side by serving one month’s notice in writing or
 submitting one month’s remuneration in lieu thereof.
 12. The remuneration offered is consolidated and fixed, without any allowances (unless specified).
 13. The remuneration is likely to be enhanced for all / some posts subject to the decision of Delhi State
 Health Mission (DSHM).
 14. Working hours will be same as observed at the place of posting or as decided by IDHS North-West
 District.
 15. Medical/Paramedical Staff will be required to perform shift duties as per the requirement of duty at the
 place of posting.
 16. Appointee will work under the administrative control of IDHS North-West District or any other officer on
 his behalf will supervise the work of the Appointee.
