BE Civil/Mech engg with 8 to 12 years exp in similar field WTP/LTP/STP Exp would be preffered.Creates and Executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs & requirements. Minimise our exposure and risk on project.

2.Purchase Manager/Procurement manager : Mumbai
Graduate with 5 to 10 years exp in procurement of Steel/Metal/Cement/Plywood/Hardware related products Should have exposure to supply base development, supplier performance review and improvement activities. Should possess effective communication and negotiation skills.

3.Sr.Mechanical Engg/Public Health engineer : Pune
Mechanical Engg with 6 to 8 years exp in Various treatment plants and infra allied works. Experience in planning & project execution of plumbing & sanatary, water supply systems, sewerage storm-water and water/effluent treatment plants.Experience to international projects & design exposure, an advantage.

4.Sr.Interior Designer/Project Manager : Pune
DID/B.Arch with vast commercial experience of 6 to 10 years in similar field Proficient in AutoCAD & architectural drawings with Onsite/Execution experience.

5.Jr.Interior Designer : Pune
DID/B.Arch with vast commercial experience of 1 to 5 years in similar field Proficient in AutoCAD & architectural drawings, Onsite/Execution experience advantage.

6.Purchase Officer : Pune
Graduate with 2 to 5 years of experience in Purchase Dept, should have good negotiation skills. Proper Record maintenance, Logistic knowledge.

7.Manager Finance/Accounts : Pune
CA/MBA finance with 5 to 15 years of Experience in Taxation (Direct & Indirect), Mis, Budgeting and corporate Accounting, Balancesheet Preparation. Candidate should possess in-depth knowledge on current taxation accounting practices followed in interior & civil, power and infrastructure industry in India. With good exposure on Debt/Project funding experience with Banks with Project report etc.

8.Officer Admin/HR. : Pune
Graduate/MPM with 1 to 2 years related experience.Experience with meeting planning and calendar maintenance, handle multiple tasks, good knowledge of MS Excel, project report, MIS, experience in travel arrangements, Recruitment process, Maintaining Employees PF account, Leave record etc.
