    JOb Description :

    1.Business Development Manager : Graduates, preferably MBA with 8-10 years' experience in Sales / Marketing / Business Development in the real estate industry. Should be outgoing; possess initiative and good communication skills. Role involves generating business, handling enquiries and achieving sales targets. Sales and CRM skills are pre-requisites for the position.

    2.Quantity Surveyor : Graduate in civil engineering, age not exceeding 35 years. Should have minimum 5 years' experience in estimating quantities, rate analysis, scrutiny of bills and preparation of work orders. Knowledge of MS Office & AutoCAD is a pre-requisite for the position.
