JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/ACHIEVEMENTS :
1. Project Management :-
a. As a part of team regular program planning, Review, Monitoring and Evaluation.
b. Regular follow up project work communicate on all respective team.
c. Coordination and facilitation of health outreach workers on issues of HIV/AIDS.
d. Compilation of findings after field visits (programme and daily field related financial aspects).
2. Capacity building and training
a. Conduct regularly basis capacity building Training for the project staff to increase the level of efficiency to monitor the HIV/AIDS program, ensure behavior change communication and to build awareness within the communities.
b. Conduct internal evaluation of staff and guide to them for the build capacity
c. Involved in the Capacity building of the HIV/AIDS Network organization.
3. Lobbying and advocacy
a. Approach to local NGOs, stakeholders, Get keeper and Govt. organization related to the health, education, social, cultural etc. and coordinate with them for the better development of the community

4. Research and Documentation

Job Summary
I am suresh utekar applying here with my Curriculum Vita for the better practice of social work. I am post graduate in social work with the community development specialization. I was completed my post graduation in the June 2008 and start as a professional work with the Saryajani Mahila Utkarsha Sanstha at Dombivli. I was started work as a project coordinator in the AASTHA project which was rune by the Milinda Get foundation in the Mumbai and Thane Urban Areas.. Family Health Organization and SOSVA these are main responsible organization which are given economical and technical support to the project and as a project coordinator responsible for the all need base activity which are running by the AASTHA. Under the Project there was conducting regular basis activity like daily reporting, weekly reporting and monthly reporting of Each and every activity. There was conducting regularly basis Health camp and ICTC in the working territory for the providing prevention of STI and HIV testing of the CSWs. As a programmer I was coordinating all activity and taking review of all work. As a project coordinator I am conducting need base training for the building capacity of the project staff. There was participant into the integrated behavioral and biological survey which was conducted by the NARI from Pune. From September 2010. I was change my project and joint in the Raigad District PPTCT Project which are running by same organization (Saryajani Mahila Utkarsha Sanstha). That project was funded by IL&FS Eud Ltd and working with the pregnant women. There are 20 out reach worker who spread 15 block of Raigad and aware to ANC and refer to ICTC for the HIV test. As a project coordinator I am coordinate all ORW, supervise their work, record all work data, develop network with the get-keeper, NGO, Government Agency and Hospital and other organization and person who can make a part of the project work. As project coordinator I am develop my skill with the coordination, monitoring, reporting, supervision, training, analyze, research, personal interview and network etc.
As a project coordinator there were doing role on different way like programmer, manager, administrative officer as well as documentation officer.
