The design and details engineering is done in latest version AUTO-CAD and Pro-e software .
Thermal design of heat exchangers is done on HTRI software .
Mechanical design of heat exchanger and pressure vessels is done as per International design code ASME - SEC-VIII-DIV-1, TEMA, API-661.

Role and Responsibilities :
1. Erection and commissioned experience of 4MW power plant and 450TPD cement industry
2. Erection, Maintenance and troubleshooting of 132KV / 11 kV, 33/11 kV and 11kv/415v substation and switch yard equipment including protection.
3. Installation, commissioning, testing, troubleshooting and maintenance, of LT and HT switch gear equipments

4. Maintenance and trouble shooting of power transformers, control transformers.
5. Maintenance, trouble shootings of all protective devices in power plant.
6. Operation, maintenance and trouble shooting of 505, 505E Wood Word governors , AVR and synchronising system.
7. Operation, Maintenance and Fault finding of D.C drives, VFD, Dynodrives like control technique, ABB, Toshiba, Siemens etc.
8. Recording and reporting through PC the update generations, home consumption, exports, loses, and imports.
9. Preventive,predictive,shutdown,and breakdown maintenance of electrical , instrumentation accessories like alternator, breakers, relays, MCC,PCC, transformers, CTs, PTs, NGR panel,Busbars,Exitation panel.

14. Faultfinding, panel testing, process trails, operation and maintenance of BBL make analog & Digital DC drives Thyrister control panels including DC drives.
15. Faultfinding, testing and modification of control starters like DOL, Star/Delta, GRS, ASR and Load balancer.
16. Troubleshooting, Operation and maintenance of 415V, 6.6 kV DG sets.
17. Stock monitoring & indenting.
18. Troubleshooting, testing, Operation, maintenance, and overhauling of 415V, 6.6 kV and 11 kV AC motors
19. Handling, trein up, and motivate the man power and preparing shift scheduling.
