    Main project : Maintenance of TRANE chiller unit
    Project Done At : Appolo Tyres, Kalamassery.
    Description
    TRANE chiller unit was the most advanced chiller units in Appolo tyres.they were maintaining the unit just by note down the reading and compare it with the last day reading at the same time. We suggest that with NDT technique it is very easy to detect is any defect/discontinuity is present within the chiller unit. After doing this technique we found that efficiency of the chiller unit is increased by 0.5-0.9 %.
