    It also involves preparing total site layout at the customer place to accommodate above said systems with utility requirements (i.e of power,water,gas,compressed air etc), preparing schematic and PID diagram.
    1.100 TON Vacuum hot press : for compacting metal powders by sintering process inside the vacuum
    Chamber( of volume 1m³) at vacuum level of (10 (-6) m.bar )and at temp of 2100 º C,
    by graphite heating element.There are graphite die,punch and graphite insulation inside
    the chamber.The pressing operation carried out by hydraulic press of high precision.
    Customer ;BARC (Baba atomic Research Centre),Mumbai . Project value : 90 lkh
    2. Vaccum Induction Furnace for Graphitisation,Chemical vapour deposition, and Silicon
    carbide coating in a huge double walled chamber ( of volume 30 m³.) vacuum level of
    10¯³ and temp of 2800 dec C by induction heating.There are job loading platform and
    graphite insulation inside the chamber.
    Customer :VSSC (Vikram Sarabhai Space Centre) ,Trivandrum.
    Project value : 13 cr
    3. 50/50 TON PRESS ,for compacting metal powders similar to 100 ton press.
    Customer :BARC ,Mumbai, Project value:100 lkhs.

    4. Evacuation and SF6 gas filling system, : Differential vacuum pressure is maintained between
    outside rectangular chamber and inside SF6 gas filling chamber to fill the SF6 gas.
    Customer : AREVA, Bangalore,Project value: 50 lkh
    5.Mirror Aluminisation Plant : 2.2mts dia telescope mirror( concave) is coated by sputtering
    technique using high purity aluminium target to achieve high reflectivity of the mirror. This
    is done inside vacuum chamber at vacuum level of 10¯(6).The mirror is rotated inside the
    chamber by gearing system to achieve uniform coating.
    Customer : IUCAA,(Inter university centre for astronomy and astrophysics) Pune.
    Project value : 2 cr
    6.Cold walled chamber for vacuum heat treatment. This is positive pressure chamber of 6 bar.
    The heating of job is achieved with graphite heating to the temp 1350 °C under inert gas.
    Then sudden gas quenching from 1000 deg C to 200 deg .There are graphite insulation ,heat
    exchange ,blower and gas baffle inside the chamber.The volume of the chamber is 1.2 m³ .

    7. Vacuum CVD furnace : This is similar to Vacuum induction furnace.But smaller capacity (
    chamber vol 1m³) and gases like NH3,BCL3,MTS,H2,N2,CH4 and O2 are used for

    8. Rotary vacuum brazing furnace : This is the furnace required for brazing of nozzle used for
    space application under vacuum and high temp atmosphere

    - Fabrication of auto indexing drilling machine for SSI. It involves drilling of several holes on a single part without manual interruptions using “auto indexing mechanism” in drilling machine with the help of worm gear, DC motor and it is controlled by microcontroller.
