Job description: Software Developer - Resonance IT.

Background: Resonance Outsourcing Services Private Limited is a Bangalore based Information Technology Company, specializing in design, development and servicing building technology and management tools in India and across the world.

Currently, our clients include Vrindavan Tech Village, a fully operational IT/ITES & Electronics Special Economic Zone in Bangalore (with nearly 10 million sq. ft. office space), BMS, VTV & Assetz Properties.

Our exciting expansion program includes developing an array of building management tools to cater to real estate development and maintenance companies worldwide, including Help Desk management systems, IT Support, facilities management tools and web applications. We plan to move our operations to a Special Economic Zone shortly.
The position will report to the Program Manager at Resonance.

Role: Involves creating web applications, hosting them on a cloud service and delivering via SaaS model. This will involve development of the application, application specific Database management, designing basic User Interface including web forms, user access management, reports creation and management, application integration, unit testing & addressing bugs. Software requirements specification will be handed over by the Program Manager.

Technical Skills:
-Minimum 1 year experience in development on PHP + My SQL OR Ruby on Rails + My SQL.
-Demonstrable experience in building web applications.
-Understanding of deployment on Amazon EC2 or any other cloud service. -Demonstrable experience in creating and managing web based database reporting.
-HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX.
-Knowledge of using third party A.P.I s.
-Knowledge of W3S compliance procedure.
-Understanding of Software development Life cycle.
-Understanding of workflows and translating them into programming logic. -Knowledge of ASP.NET framework is a plus.
-Knowledge of AGILE development methodology is a plus.
-Understanding of web 2.0 development process.

Skills:
-Excellent document management skills.
-Good communication skills.
-Team Player.
-Previous Startup experience is a plus.
-Ability to handle development tasks with little or no supervision.
-Previous experience in user training is a plus.

- Vehicle Diagnostic and Troubleshooting using Diagnostic test tools. Handled of vehicle fail safe testing calibration and diagnostic system.
- Testing Run test, Room test, and Friction test of the Motors like Elevon/Canard/DC Motors, used in the aerospace application.

PROJECT 1 : Developing the Transmission Control System for OFF Highway Heavy Vehicles.
Scope : This system is for the Dumpers (Dump Trucks), Dozers, Loaders etc. These Vehicles have Automatic/Manual gear shifting and smooth Clutch Engaging/Disengaging during the gear shifting to have Jerk free Operation.
PROJECT 2 : CVRDE Bus Transmission.
Scope : It consists of semi-automatic or fully automatic transmission which gives an excellent passenger comfort and reduces drivers fatigue besides ensuring economy in the operation and maintenance of the vehicle.
PROJECT 3 : Launcher Control System.
Scope : It is to control and monitor various operations of hydraulically operated structure and interlocking the movements of the structure to ensure reliable, safe and satisfactory operation. Launcher electronic control system provides control and operational safety to Missile and launcher assembly.
PROJECT 4 : Scissor Lift.
Scope : Single stage mobile platform or equivalent system with capability to allow an ergonomic access of the workers to each point of equipment for Final Operations. Here a home position has to be foreseen which checked by the platform controller & communicated to workstation.
PROJECT 5 : Stanchion control system.
Scope : The system comprises of the hydraulically driven stanchion assembly, which is located at the end of the runway in over run area, to stop aircraft from over running end of runway.
