Job description : Resonance - AUTOCAD /ADOBE Photoshop drafter.

Background: Resonance Outsourcing Services Private Limited is a Bangalore based Information Technology Company, specializing in design, development and servicing building technology and management tools in India and across the world.

Currently, our clients include Vrindavan Tech Village, a fully operational IT/ITES & Electronics Special Economic Zone in Bangalore (with nearly 10 million sq. ft. office space), BMS, VTV and Assetz Properties.
We are also in the process of procuring development and maintenance contracts with multi-national companies both in India and Abroad.
Our exciting expansion program includes developing an array of building management tools to cater to real estate development and maintenance companies worldwide, including Help Desk management systems, IT Support, facilities management tools and web applications. We plan to move our operations to a Special Economic Zone shortly.
The position will report to the Program Manager at Resonance.

Responsibilities:
-Prepares rough layouts by studying building sketches, specifications
-Prepares final drawings by studying building sketches, specifications, and supporting documents; developing a building plan layout, drawing multiple views, depicting relationship; identifying dimensions, angles, curvatures.
-Modifies existing drawings by studying changes; redrawing layout, changing identifications
-Resolves discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information; conferring with planners
-Maintains work data base by entering data; completing backups -Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
-3D Modeling a plus

Key Skills and Experience :
-Strong background in Auto CAD – certification is a plus
-Strong background in Adobe Photoshop or GIMP- certification is a plus -Demonstrable user skills in Microsoft office products- EXCEL, POWERPOINT, OUTLOOK,WORD
-Innate understanding of urgency and the escalation of issue quickly when appropriate.
-Good Documentation skills
-Working knowledge of using web based image manipulation tools , map editing , Google Platform is a plus
-Good organizational & time management skills, including daily & weekly planning & multi tasking.
-Good Interpersonal communication skills and ability to operate within a team environment
