Job Description:
a) Front End Sales.
b) Direct sales team & Channel Management.
c) Establishing new channels.
d) Sourcing & developing builder/broker/CA relationships.
e) Co-ordination with business associates/sales force/Credit/Operations.
f) Branch Management.
g) Enhancing the sales network and responsible for recruitment of consultants to agreed profiles and within the stipulated time frame so as to achieve business plan targets for the branch.
h) Analyze the market intelligence data including environmental, customer & competitor information & initiatives and pre-empt its impact on the business.
i) Strategizing, cross selling, planning & implementing new ideas of business.

Desired Profile:
a) Experience in mortgage industry - Non Housing Loan - Loan against commercial property/ residential property, Loan for commercial property.
b) Relationship Management with business associates - builder/broker/CA.
c) Knowledge of mortgage credit & operations.
d) Self starter with initiative & drive.
e) Local Market Knowledge.
f) Well versed with MS Office.
g) Proficiency in local language.
