We are currently looking for Agency Development Manager's for our Trivandrum Branch.
Position- Agency Development Manager
Location : Trivandrum

Responsibilities :-
- Recruit, build, maintain and motivate the agents.
- Achieve sales target in his/ her assigned territory.
- Continuously review Agency Sales Force performance and their productivity.
- Ensure Adherence to defined sales profile.

Desired Profile :
Minimum 6 months of experience in selling insurance products in Agency, Broking, Mutual Fund, Banking, NBFC, Pharmaceutical, FMCG & Telecom will be preferred.
MBA (Marketing) Fresher’s or Graduates with minimum 6 month sales experience can also be considered.
