    Job Description:
    The positions would actively engage broker network and partnerships for the business and also acquire and form new partnerships in their respective locations.
    - Responsible for penetrating the broker distribution in the region.
    - Engage in acquiring new partnerships (CAs, NBFCs and other alternate distribution channels) for business and forming them too.
    - Ensure 360 degree relationship management and support the partners/distributors in providing effective MIS, ensuring TATs, support on training, drawing business plan and analysis and other business related support.

    Desired Profile:
    - Minimum 4 years of successful experience in Business development and channel management, preferably in Partnership / alternate distribution segment and insurance
    - Operational experience of interacting and managing various stakeholders like cross function, business partners
    - Qualifications: Management graduate preferably with specialization in marketing
