Designation : Sr. Manager Product Development from Insurance industry (Gurgaon)

Job Description :
The job profile will be responsible for analyzing raw market and to reach at useful insights supporting new product development
1. Analyzes raw industry, competitive, consumer data to arrive at useful insights supporting new product development.
2. Ensures close cooperation with marketing, underwriting, IT, claims and operations on different projects..
3. Monitoring projects, conducts project meetings, maintains updations for each project and provides implementation support.
4. Prepares the raw document for the IRDA filing documents.
5. Assists in preparing documents for projects.
6. Liaises with IT to facilitate timely completion of activity.
7. Create specs and performs UAT for implement new products in IT system.
8. Prepares monthly competitive reviews and market intelligence reports.
9. Prepares monthly internal product performance and presents results to product team.

Desired Profile :
Skills & work experience (describe the skills and experience considered essential to do the job)
- Qualification : Minimum Graduation
Minimum 4-8 years of experience in Product development in insurance industry.
- Basic knowledge of insurance domain and relevant regulations
- Good communication.
- Experience in General/Life Insurance would be an added advantage.
- Aggressive with drive and high energy levels who show potential to grow.
- Good knowledge of insurance systems
- MS Excel and / or MS project, power point knowledge
- Project management skills
- Analytical skills
