1. Diploma final year project on “2-stroke petrol engine test rig”.

2. Degree final year project on “Heat Recovery of I.C.Engine.”
- Mounting a Shell & Tube type heat exchanger at the exhaust of I.C.Engine.
- Used to heat the water through heat recovered up to 60° C to 80° C.
- Dumped heat that still can be reused.
- Can operate at 315° C with 60% to 80% heat recovery.
- Heated water finds many applications such as space heating, boiler feed water, Air-Conditioning systems, lab purposes.
- Light weight, compact and economical.
- No need for mechanical maintenance, input power and lubrication systems

as a Jr. Design Engineer in Horizon I ( Integration Design)

Role & Responsibilities

- Overall product development using CAD,CAE/Ideas software in co-ordination with
R & D Lab & Protoshop.
- Rectifying the failures occurring on the components & modifying the current design & validating.
- Studying of the older design from Metaphase & implementing the changes if required.
- Working in co-ordination with testing engineering from performing performance trail on various tractors.
- Analysis of & performing FEA activity.
- To evaluate new ideas for cost Re-engineering.
- Using IS Standards for designing the tractor components.

Project Handling

- Mahindra 475 DI Puddling special tractor brake pedal design.
- Mahindra 295 tractor brake pedal design.
- FS 200 China tractor rectifying the design.
