- Implement and monitor effective procurement schedules.
- Follow ups with the suppliers and ensuring timely receipt of
materials for uninterrupted production.
- Understanding the internal requirements and specifications,
sourcing of suppliers.
- Preparation of cost estimates for components and processing
price sanction for components.
- Analyze cost and evolve Pricing strategies.
- Establishment of dynamic cost data bank and pricing sheets to
give Marketing accurate and timely information for establishing
optimal competitive pricing strategies in a changing dynamic
environment.
- Processing cost analysis.
- New product costing.
- Preparation of Cost Saving Reports.
- Evolving cost control & cost reduction measures through value
engineering, imports and import substitution.
