* Product marketing Initiatives - Demonstrations of products in India & other SAARC nations, Updating of Product Sales manuals and comparisons, Organising Product Trainings for Company and Dealer Sales Staff, Continuous product feedback, ensuring completion of LODs in decided timeframe.
* Communication Initiatives - printing of leaflets & brochures in local languages, Product videos in English and Hindi, Planning and execution of events and exhibitions, continuous updating of website, quarterly circulation of our external news letter Harvesting Trends, Establishing CIP standards at all business points- CIL and its dealerships, continuous dealer evaluation.
* Market Intelligence - Identifying new markets involving market research for all products, updating and maintaining prospect database, updating and maintaining competition sales and product data.
* Internal Marketing - Continuous circulation of News including overall market environment, insertion of news articles in CLAAS Intern, communication of marketing activities to CIL employees.
* Exports - Coordinate export activities with a cross functional team in CIL and with CSE, CGS. Successful set-up, analysis and concept of FIT4MORE project : "Growth in Export"
Desired Profile :
* Experience of Handling Marketing in Automobile industry.
* Leadership Skills.
* In-depth product knowhow of agri-machinery mainly Combine Harvestors, Tractors, Balers, Transplanters, Swathers, Mowers etc.
