Job Description :
- Accounts receivable, analysis of creditworthiness, limit credits, monitoring of customer accounts
- Define and monitor credit limits
- Prepare customer wise outstanding statements and provide to the sales engineers for follow up with OE customers
- Track and report collection figures.
- Analyze and categorize customer deductions.
- Take up with GBs/Plants etc. for decision on acceptance/ non acceptance of deductions.
- Take up with customers for reversal of deductions, wherever applicable.
- Periodic discussions/ reconciliation with the OE customers.
- Periodic Monthly Reports
- Coordinate with transporters/ customers for logistics errors, discrepancies etc.
- Reporting of transporters’ stock and agewise GB wise analysis and triggers to plants etc.
Desired Profile :
-Ability to communicate well;
- Hands on skills with computer (MS office and SAP) 4 to 5 yrs work experience in similar functions.
