Job Description :
- Design and develop the Industrial air compressors as specified in Master Specifications using CAD System.
- Releasing all drawings, documentation and bill of materials in system (BPCS)
- Follow-up closely till the prototype is build and tested in lab, adapt changes and release
- Actively support lab for prototype development assembly and testing.
- Provide technical support to team for product and supplier development.
- Support production department for issues reported.
- Deliver the project and activities assigned OTIF ( On Time In Full)
- Continuous quality improvement of all current products, combined with cost reduction projects

Desired Profile :

Knowledge / Educational requirements :
- Degree in (Mechanical / Production) Engineering with 2 to 4 yrs relevant experience or Diploma with 4 to 6 years relevant experience.
- Knowledge of Industrial Air products.
- Basic knowledge of machinery design
- Knowledge of MS office.

Experience requirements :
- Fully conversant with Autodesk Inventor R-11
- Should be able to design and draft the engineering components in 3d and 2d.
- Should posses a good knowledge of manufacturing processes for compressor parts.
- Should be conversant with Atlas Copco standards, design and drawing methodology.
- Should interact with suppliers and visit them whenever necessary

Project 1 : Microcontroller based black box recorder

Description : Our proposed system, “ DATA ACQUISITION SYSTEM” aims to construct an implementation for acquiring different parameters of car during the running state and facilitate display at later time for analysis. The system stores the acquired parameters & establishes communication among these parameter using CAN protocol for the derived on line calculation. The stored parameters can be logged on to the computer for further investigations and decisions. The different parameters to be measured are viz speed, distance travelled, engine temperature, fuel level, fuel filled, coolant level, indicator status, instantaneous mileage.
Project 2 : Laser Audio Transmitter
Language of implementation : 8051 ALP
Description : This project is a proof-of-concept device that transmits an audio signal using a laser beam, while removing the need for the user to align the beam themselves.For our project, we created a mono-axial transmitter/receiver setup that converts an analog audio signal, via a mic, and transmits it via a laser to a receiver, which converts the signal back into audio. The receiver can be rotated within its horizontal plane, and uses a servo motor controlled by a microcontroller to automatically align it with the receiver.

Description/ Objective :
This project explains test bed for system capable of detecting moving objects with the help of ultrasonic RADAR.Radar system plays an increasingly important role in the world security and in daily experience such as in some advanced car systems for secure travelling. In general, Radar system has been responsible for the particular nation’s security. . The RADAR systems have in recent years experienced an unprecedented growth in near about every security system.
A few days before India’s financial capital and commercial hub Mumbai was held hostage by a terrorist group that managed to sneak into the city from Karachi in Pakistan. India’s Defence Minister A K Antnoy had expressed his concern over the poor security and inadequate surveillance of India’s long coastal stretch. He minced words in driving home the point that India’s vast coastal belt should be reckoned as a “border” and needed to be protected much the same way as the landlocked frontier is taken care of.
So to observe the actual condition of our costal security system we had visited to the “TOLANI MARITIME INSTITUDE , TALEGAON”
This Radar system provide dection and communication facility between reguralservice ships.But their is no detection facility for small and fishing ships.
So we had decided to devlop the costal protection system which will provide secure communicaton with small ship and enable to identify that the object is friendly or not.And the most importantly our system is cost efficient and we can inplement easily.
