Job Description :
- Responsible for Product Application Engineering.
- Responsible for integration (installation and performance) of products on the final system (example : oil filters fitment and proper functioning on the cylinder block and subsequently on Engine)
- Act as a Product Specialist in terms of areas of application of same product on different platforms.
- Act as a support to the Marketing Team in communication with the final Vehicle integration team so as to have clear inputs for Design and Product Engineering teams.
- Act as a support to the Customer in application of products on their systems.

Desired Profile :

Knowledge required on :
- Automobile Engineering.
- Engine and Chassis subsystems.
- Intake and Exhaust System application.
- Exposure to Vehicle ride quality and control
Knowledge on Vehicle Integration,Design & Development would be added advantage

The project is conducted by TCS in association with the BANK of MAHARASTRA to provide the window support to the employee of all 1700 branches of bank.
Job responsibility for my team includes resolving all tickets sent by branches on unicentre and to troubleshoot all technical problems related to windows, application, printer, reports ,bancs-24 on day to day basis as requested by concerned branches using PSTOOLS or by taking REMOTE CONNECTION of the gateway pc.
Responsibility
- Give access from standby PC to branches is their gateway PC is crashed.
- DC-DR drill.
- Creating user account and assign appropriate rights to user.
- Computer account creation for new branches
- Group creation and maintenance.
- Resetting user password & unlocking password.
- Managing ADS and DNS servers.
- Disable all non essential service eg.Automatic updates etc.
- Taking Server in domain
- Taking pc in domain.
- Troubleshooting login related problems in windows.
- Troubleshooting IIS, FTP related problems.
- Local Administrator Password reset for Installation of New Software or Printer.
- Enable Floppy drive and CD Rom.
- Eximbill client installation.
- Printer Attachment (connectivity) to Gateway PC or Client PC.
- Taking Backup.
- Windows Clustering
