Job Description:
* To manage Key Accounts/Customer Business - Generate New Business, Increase share of current business
* To manage customer relationship, Customer support and satisfaction - Ensure timely Supplies, response to customer needs.
* Ensure timely payment collection, ensure statutory compliances(collect C Forms).
* Maintaining MIS - Keep track of Key performance Indicators and competitor activities.

Desired Profile:
Good understanding of Product and manufacturing process. Should have basic knowledge about APQP,PPAP procedure.
Must have a sound understanding of Key Account Management i.e. Sales and Business Development processes.
