2004-2007 Diploma in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering (EIE) from Quli Qutub Shah Government Polytechnic, Hyderabad with 67.5% Aggregate.
2002-2004 Intermediate (Vocational Course) in Computer Science from Froebel’s Vocational and Junior College, Hyderabad with 83.4 % Aggregate.
2001-2002 Secondary School Certificate Examination (Xth) from St. Andrews High School, Hyderabad with 66.3%.
KEY SKILLS :
I have completed the certified courses from ADVANCED TRAINING INSTITUTE FOR ELECTRONICS AND PROCESS INSTRUMENTATION (CENTRAL GOVT. CERTIFICATIONS)
1. Siemens PLC Programming (S7-300/400)
2. Process Instrumentation and Control
3. SCADA programming for DCS (Plant Scape Vista).
4. Chromatography methods of Analysis.
5. Spectrophotometer methods of Analysis.
PROJECTS :
1. Automation of CARS using CAN (CONTROLLER AREA NETWORK). In partial fulfillment of Engineering requirement.
Duration : 3 months
Technology : CAN Protocol, Micro controller Programming IDE.
Description : Controller Area Network (CAN) was originally developed for power-train applications. Nowadays, there are additional applications in cars that make use of this 20-years old network technology. In nearly all of the European cars, the chassis network and the body networks are based on CAN. Even in the information and entertainment applications, sometimes CAN networks are used to control the devices or to provide an interface to the information that is already available in other CAN-based in-vehicle networks.
In this project, I have demonstrated the applications of the CAN protocol in the Car Automation which shows the Antilock Breaking System (ABS) and the Automatic Climate Control System and Automatic Headlights system.
2. LEVEL AND TEMPERATURE CONTROL USING PROGRAMABLE LOGIC CONTROLLER (PLC). In the partial fulfillment of Diploma requirement.
Duration : 3 months
Programming Language : Ladder Logic Programming PLC
Platform : Micro PLC (LOGO).
Description : Controlling process variable parameters in a chemical reactor using PLC is a challenging and interesting aspect of industrial automation. Process variable parameters like Temperature, Flow, and Pressure etc. have to be monitored and should be controlled whenever there is a variation. Otherwise it will create irreparable damage and havoc.
In this project final control elements of reactor like electric heater, solenoid valve, annuciator and indicator are connected to output module of PLC. Any variation in process parameters like temperature, flow, level is sensed by the thermostat, resistive probes etc and appropriate signal is given to the input module of PLC. The PLC controls the variable parameters according to the user defined program to maintain process.
