    We intend to grow in to a full length technology driven Clinical Research Organization (CRO) in the very near future by offering complete clinical trial research services in the areas of genetic and stem cell therapies.     Job description :
    * Requirements for the position are a PhD in pharmacology, medicinal chemistry or closely related field
    * Should have teaching experience
    * Expected to develop innovative teaching and learning approaches for the classroom and to develop an ongoing, fundable research program
    * Instructional responsibilities include courses in the PharmD program and the undergraduate program in pharmaceutical health sciences
    * Spend half hours in teaching and half hours in research activities
    * The candidate must have a strong commitment to teaching and research
    * Mentoring at the undergraduate level
