STAFF SELECTION COMMISSION JUNIOR ENGINEERS (CIVIL & ELECTRICAL) EXAMINATION, 2010 DECLARATION OF RESULT OF WRITTEN PART The Staff Selection Commission conducted a competitive examination on 21.3.2010 all over India, for recruitment to the post of Junior Engineer (Civil/Electrical) in the office of the Central Public Works Department (C.P.W.D.), MES and Department of Post, a Non-Gazetted & Non-Ministerial post, classified as General Central Services (Technical). 2. Following are the details of 651 candidates (Civil) and 296 candidates (Electrical), who have qualified in the written part of Junior Engineers (Civil & Electrical) Examination, 2010 and are eligible for being called for Interview. 3. Details of the cut-off marks fixed by Commission for calling the candidates for interview are as under :-

Result in respect of 9 candidates bearing roll numbers 9211000527, 9204000295, 3010002182, 3010001841, 3010001463, 8007000118, 2201000276, 2201001298 and 2201005574 would be declared later on applying the same cut-off. 5. The list herein is PROVISIONAL. The candidates whose roll nos. figure in the list would be called for Interview/personality test subject to their fulfilling all the eligibility conditions/requirements as prescribed for post in the Notice of Examination and also subject to thorough verifications of their identity with reference to their photographs, signatures, handwritings, etc., on the application forms, admission certificates, etc. If on verification from the application form, it is found that any candidate does not fulfill, any of the eligibility conditions, he/she will not be called for the Interview/personality test. 6. The category status in respect of candidates belonging to reserved categories has been indicated along with their roll numbers. It is important for such candidates for whom certain percentage of vacancies are reserved as per the policy of the government, to note that some of them may have been declared qualified for the Interview/personality test in the category mentioned against their roll numbers. If any candidate does not actually belong to the category mentioned against his/her roll number, he/she may not be eligible to be called for the Interview/personality test. If any candidate finds a mismatch between his/her name and roll number, he/she must bring it to the notice of the respective Regional Office of the Commission immediately. It is, therefore, in the interest of the candidates concerned to contact the respective Regional Offices of the Commission immediately in all such cases where they do not belong to the category shown against their roll numbers. 7. Tentatively, the Interview is expected to commence from 13.09.2010. The Interview Programme will be available on concerned Regional Office’s website by 31.8.2010. Qualified eligible candidates who do not receive call letters for the Interview by 31.8.2010, should contact the concerned Regional Offices of the Commission immediately. 8. This result is also available on SSC's Website:http://ssc.nic.in. 9. Marks of the non-qualified candidates would be made available on SSC’s website shortly. Marks of the shortlisted candidates would be made available only after the declaration of final result.
