I. Group "A" (Admn.)

1. Dy. Registrar

Master's degree with at least 55% or its equivalent grade along
with
(i) Nine years' experience as Assistant Professor in the AGP of
Rs. 6000/- and above with experience in education administration,
OR
(ii) Comparable experience in Research establishment and/or
Institutions of higher education OR
(iii) Nine years of administrative experience as Assistant Registrar
or equivalent post.

2. Assistant Registrar

Master's degree with at least 55% or its equivalent grade along
with a good academic record.

II. Scientific & Technical Officers
1. Sr. Medical Officer

MD in General Medicine OR MBBS with at least 10 years’
experience in a reputed hospital in Govt., PSU or Private Sector.
Candidate should have 60% marks in MBBS degree recognized
by the Medical Council of India.

(i) Master’s degree in Library Science/Information Science /
Documentation Science with at least 55% marks or its equivalent
grade for 55%, where grading system is practiced.
(ii) Ph.D. degree in the above discipline or allied discipline with a
consistently good academic record.
(iii) Minimum of 10 years of teaching/ Library experience with at
least 5 years as an Asst. University Librarian/College Librarian.
(iv) Evidence of innovative library services, organization and
computerization of library.
(v) Evidence of published work with a minimum of 5 publications in
indexed/ISBN/ISSN journals and / or ISBN/ISSN numbered books
and University/Institution developed ISBN/ISSN numbered list of
journals hosted on the website of the concerned
University/Institution. (attach a list with details).

3. Assistant Librarian

(i) Master’s degree in Library Science / Information Science /
Documentation Science or an equivalent professional degree with
at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade and a consistently good
academic record with knowledge on computerization of library.
(ii) Qualified in the National Eligibility Test (NET) or other
accredited test like SLET/SET in Library Science conducted for the
purpose by the UGC or any other agency approved by the UGC.
Note : Holders of Ph.D. Degree as on the date of Notifications of
these Regulations, along with those candidates who are awarded
a Ph.D. degree through a process of admission, registration,
course work and external evaluation as laid down in the UGC
(Minimum Standards and Procedure for award of M.Phil./Ph.D
Degree), Regulations, 2009 and so adopted by the university shall
be exempted from NET/SLET/SET.

5. Executive Engineer (Civil)

Not less than 60% marks in B.E./B.Tech. in Civil Engg. with 9
years regular service out of which not less than 5 years regular
service as Assistant Engineer in GP of Rs. 5400/- or equivalent.

Master’s degree with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade in
Physical Education OR in any branch of Science or Arts, or a
bachelors degree in Engineering with a strong background and
proven record in sports or cultural activities, and at least 5 years of
experience in a college/ university/sports/film/cultural environment.
A Ph. D. degree shall count as 5 years of experience. The
candidates should have consistently good performance appraisal
reports. Record of having represented the university / college at
the inter-university / inter-collegiate competitions or the State in
national championships. Passed the physical fitness test and
qualified in the national test viz. NET/SLET/SET conducted for the
purpose by the UGC or similar agency.

III. Group "C" (Technical)
1. Assistant Engineer (Electrical) & (Civil)

First class Diploma in Electrical/Civil Engineering. A good
academic record is essential in all the cases. The requirement of
First class can be relaxed by 5% for candidates with Bachelors
degree in Electrical/Civil Engineering and not less than 6 years
regular service in PB2 GP Rs. 4200/- or equivalent as a Junior
Engineer.

The requirement of First class at Bachelor's degree / Diploma level
can be relaxed for candidates with Masters degree in Chemistry or
Bachelors' degree in Chemical Engineering.
