to increase machine up time and equipment reliability.
- Proactively identifying areas of obstruction/breakdowns and taking steps to rectify the
equipments through application of trouble shooting tools.
- Executing cost saving and energy saving techniques/ measures and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in O&M expenditures and work within the budget.

With 7589 KVA alternator & allenbradely control & monitoring system.
1 * 5.5 MW Sulzer Engine Type – 8 ZAL 40S
With 6875 KVA alternator & allenbradely control & monitoring system.
Diesel Engine :-

- Maintain daily consumption of N.G.

- Synchronization GAS ENGINE with 6.6kv busbar.
- Under the supervision of hierarchy persons attended heavy maintenance (1000hours,15000 hours,30000 hours) of 8.5MW, 6.7MW ROLLS ROYCE GAS ENGINE.
- Checking and preventing air compressor ,heat exchanger plates, ventilations system etc.
- Preventing breakdown of engine and solving through analysis.etc.
- Supervising and Attending per day shift schedule work under gas engine.
- Maintaining cooling tower T.D.S with chemical dosing.
- Maintaining of spare stock & required spare indent with ERP.
ACADEMIA
- Two month training in AUTO-CAD AND C.N.C PROGRAMMING from C.I.T.D,M.S.M.E TOOL ROOM,HYDERABAD(A.P) which is affiliated to Government of India.
